Shipping & Returns
Free! We always offer free shipping throughout the UK.
Due to success and the many number of orders, there is some delay in our logistics. As a result, our delivery time is now 6-10 business days. We hope for your patience 😊. We always make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible!
As soon as your package is shipped you will receive an e-mail from us containing a Track & Trace. Here you can see the status of the shipment. You can track your package here.
Unfortunately, it may happen that something went wrong while processing your order. In that case we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. They will process your message as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution!
If you are not at home when the deliveryman comes to deliver your package, your shipment will be delivered to your neighbors. The deliverer will leave a “delivery missed card” in your mailbox with information about the address where your package was delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the package to your neighbors. It will be taken to a parcel point!
Return
You have 14 days to return your item(s). Make sure you provide your shipment with a track & trace, otherwise we cannot accept the return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You have the right to revoke and return your order within our 14-day return period. Within this period you can review and try on your purchase.
The items you wish to return must be unworn and all tags are still attached to the item. The item contains no signs of use or other stains. Please note! When an item does not meet our return conditions, you can unfortunately not return it. Our returns process uses various tests to determine whether a returned item meets the conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and cannot refund it.
Once we have received and verified your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance.
If the SALE items meet our return conditions you can return them. Once we have received and processed your return, we will proceed to refund the purchase price.
