Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request and return a return. (If you deliver your return to DHL with the return label later than 14 days after receipt, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund after receipt).
Conditions for returns:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Shoes must be returned in the original box, with no damage to the box itself.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.
How to request a return:

Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
Shipping Costs:
The cost of returning an item to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility. Please make sure you ship your package with track & trace to the warehouse. Please note that the return address is abroad. Because of this, the return costs are higher than in UK.

Cancellation after Shipping:
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately you cannot cancel it.

All returns must be returned to our warehouse. The return address is located outside the UK. Return costs are at your own expense. You will receive the specific return address once you have notified your shipment by email. Please make sure that your package is well packed and traceable shipping.
