Return Policy

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the date of   receipt of your order to request and return a return. (If you deliver your return to DHL with the return label later than 14 days after receipt, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund after receipt).

Conditions for returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. 
Shoes must be returned in the original box, with no damage to the box itself.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

How to request a return:

Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of returning an item to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility. Please make sure you ship your package with track & trace to the warehouse. Please note that the return address is abroad. Because of this, the return costs are higher than in UK.

Refund Policy

Refund Period:

Once we have received and verified your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund amount:

The refundable amount includes only the price of the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise specified.

Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

How to Cancel an Order:

Please contact us by email to request your cancellation.
Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation after Shipping:

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately you cannot cancel it.

Return address

All returns must be returned to our warehouse. The return address is located outside the UK. Return costs are at your own expense. You will receive the specific return address once you have notified your shipment by email. Please make sure that your package is well packed and traceable shipping.
